years at Henry Ford Museum's Antique Forum at Greenfield Village, Michigan; Antiques and Collectibles
Information Services seminars a Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for four years; American
Antique Dealer Association conferences at the Toledo Museum of Art, the Rockwell Museum, and the Corning
Glass Center; International Society of Appraisers conferences in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Seattle,
Chicago, and Houston. Judy has also been the featured speaker at the Michigan Chapter of the
International Society of Appraisers conferences, presenting lectures on silver and American Country
Pottery. She has traveled across the state of Michigan doing mini-roadshows for several of the city's
libraries, as well as offering her appraisal services to local organizations in their fund raising
efforts.
Judy is an enthusiastic traveler. She has visited some of the world's finest museums,
including the Louvre, the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, the Schoenbrunn Palace, the British Museum,
the Topkapi Museum, the Vatican Museum, the Uffizi Gallery, and the National Palace Museum in
Taipei.
Judy has established a rapport and business relationship with owners and department heads at specialized
auction houses and dealers throughout the United States.
In order to stay current on market trends, she subscribes to many trade and auction
publications and maintains an extensive research
library.
